This Privacy Policy explains how NordicFresh Sport Limited (trading as "NordicFresh", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit nordicfresh.ie or purchase our products. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

• Marketing preferences and waitlist / newsletter opt-ins.

• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet Irish accounting and tax obligations. Waitlist and newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
