Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your NordicFresh purchase. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a straightforward return process.

14-day right to cancel

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email info@nordicfresh.ie within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the products.

Condition of returned goods

• Products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened NordicFresh pouches cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Include your order number so we can process the refund quickly.

Return address

Please contact info@nordicfresh.ie before sending anything back, we will confirm the return address and provide instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier). The cost of return shipping is at your expense unless the product is faulty or was sent in error.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact info@nordicfresh.ie within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, in line with your rights under the Sale of Goods and Consumer Rights legislation.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.

Cancellation form

You may use the model cancellation form from the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Annex I(B)), but you are not obliged to. Emailing info@nordicfresh.ie with your order number is enough.
