Shipping Policy

Every NordicFresh order is shipped from the EU by tracked delivery. All prices include Irish VAT where applicable.

Destinations

• Ireland, nationwide, including Northern Ireland.
• European Union, all 27 member states.
• United Kingdom, delivered DDU; import VAT/duty may apply on entry.
• Other destinations, please contact info@nordicfresh.ie for a shipping quote.

Rates and free shipping

• Ireland: €4.95 standard tracked · Free over €40.
• EU: €7.95 standard tracked · Free over €60.
• UK: €9.95 tracked (import VAT/duty at delivery).

Delivery times

• Ireland: typically 2–4 working days.
• EU: typically 3–7 working days.
• UK: typically 4–8 working days.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 14:00 (Irish time) are processed the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delays and lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact info@nordicfresh.ie and we will investigate with the carrier. Parcels are considered lost only after the carrier's official investigation period.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import VAT, duties or customs handling fees charged on entry.
