Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products from nordicfresh.ie, operated by NordicFresh Sport Limited, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 4726737), registered office at Apt 4, 88 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.

2. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the products by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud) and to refund any payment already taken.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in EUR and include Irish VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify Payments / Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We deliver across Ireland and the European Union.

5. Right to cancel (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.

6. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. Photographs are illustrative, natural bamboo charcoal pouches may vary slightly in appearance. NordicFresh products are not medical devices and are not intended to treat any condition.

7. Warranty and liability

Your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law are not affected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

8. Intellectual property

All content on nordicfresh.ie, including the NordicFresh name, logo, product design, photography, and copy, is owned by NordicFresh Sport Limited and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
